Sautéd Brussel Sprouts Recipe

INGREDIENTS (2 large servings):⁣
– 12 to 15 brussel sprouts⁣
– 1.5 tablespoons of a good quality extra virgin olive oil⁣
– kosher salt to taste⁣


1. Wash each brussel sprouts carefully. Check for any bad parts and carefully cut it out.⁣

2. Cut out the stem of each brussel sprout and cut it in half.

3. In a large flat fry pan, add olive oil on medium heat. Leave it for a couple of minutes until oil is heated.⁣

4. When oil is heated, add the brussel sprouts. Sprinkle some salt. Saute for 2 minutes or until the bottom side turns slightly brown.⁣

5. Then flip to the other side of each brussel sprout. And saute for a other 2 minutes.⁣

6. Ready to serve.⁣
