In my deep sadness over the past few weeks, I decided to express my raw inner feelings at that time by creating a video. Negative emotions are are natural response to let us know something is wrong.

However, we are often conditioned to suppress, ignore, invalidate our negative feelings such as sadness, fear, anger, bitterness, hurt etc.

Embracing our negative emotions and processing them internally not only allows us to truly move forward and often frees us to become stronger and resilient to the chaotic world around us.❤
