INGREDIENTS :

Marinated Beef:

  • 130g beef, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1.5 – 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

Beef Kway Teow:

  • 225g dried flat rice vermicelli noodles (10mm wide)
  • 70g frozen or fresh shrimp
  • 180g fresh bean sprouts
  • 280g baby bok choy, washed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce (beginning)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (finishing)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto MSG
