INGREDIENTS :

Marinated Beef:
- 130g beef, sliced
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1.5 – 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
Beef Kway Teow:
- 225g dried flat rice vermicelli noodles (10mm wide)
- 70g frozen or fresh shrimp
- 180g fresh bean sprouts
- 280g baby bok choy, washed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce (beginning)
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (finishing)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Optional: 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto MSG
