Then later the uncooked fries on the plate. Do not overlap or stack.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Microwave for 3 mins.  You can boil them if you don&#8217;t use a microwave oven. <br> \u2063<\/li><li>Pat the microwaved fries dry.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Place them in a large mixing bowl.  Let them cool abit so you won&#8217;t burn yourself when you coat the fries.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Put the ghee on the fries and using gloves or clean hands, ensure the ghee coats the fries.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Line baking tray with parchment paper. Do not overlap.<\/li><li>Bake for 30 mins.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Then flip the fries over. I used chopsticks, easier.<br> \u2063<\/li><li>Bake another 15 mins or until golden brown and crispy.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>When ready, place the fries into a dry mixing bowl and sprinkle fries to taste. You can also add dried parsley if you&#8217;d like.\u2063<br> \u2063<\/li><li>To make wasabi mayo: put 2 tbsp mayo in a small sauce bowl.
