All natural and good fats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love it on salads or as a dairy-free substitute for sour cream. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTS (makes ~170mL):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup raw unsalted cashews<\/li><li>1\/2 cup filtered water <\/li><li>1\/4 cup lemon juice<\/li><li>1 tablespoon fresh peeled garlic (roughly chopped)<\/li><li>optional: salt to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>METHOD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 . Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can add a bit more water to your desired consistency (if necessary). I don&#8217;t typically add salt to this, but to those who prefer, you can add salt to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
